Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Defndr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dro1d Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Defndr on devices you own or control.

Defndr is open source under the MIT License for its core filtering logic. These Terms govern your use of the compiled application distributed through the App Store.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Defndr only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app (except as permitted by law or open source licenses)
• Use the app to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Redistribute or resell the app without authorization

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Defndr is free with optional premium features available through in-app purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refunds: All sales are final. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is paramount. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, we do not collect, store, or transmit your SMS data. All processing happens on your device.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data you create within the app.

5. Intellectual Property

Defndr's core filtering logic is open source (MIT License) and available on GitHub. However, the Defndr name, logo, and branding remain the intellectual property of Dro1d Labs Limited.

All non-open-source content, including designs and graphics, are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DEFNDR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive for excellence, software can have bugs.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRO1D LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dro1d Labs Limited is registered.
